Welcome to TIZ Appliance Repair (“TIZ,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website or communicating with us via SMS or any other channel (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Use of Website

You may use this website solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not access, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit the website or any portion of it for any commercial purpose without our express written consent. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may subject you to civil and/or criminal penalties.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof—is the exclusive property of TIZ or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from TIZ.

3. License to Access

TIZ grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of the Services. This license does not include any right for resale or commercial use of the Services or their contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; or any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering and extraction tools.

4. SMS Communications

4.1 Consent to Receive SMS

By providing your mobile telephone number and checking the SMS-consent box, texting us first, or otherwise affirmatively opting in, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded text messages (SMS/MMS) from TIZ at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4.2 Types of SMS Messages

If you opt in, you may receive messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Service-status updates and follow-ups

• Billing or payment inquiries

• Customer-satisfaction surveys

• Limited-time promotional offers (no more than 4 per month)

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your interactions with us but will not exceed 1 message per request or 4 promotional messages per month, unless you initiate additional conversations.

4.4 Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. These charges are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Opt-In Methods

You may opt in by:

• Submitting an online form that contains an SMS-consent checkbox on https://tizappliancerepair.com

• Sending a text message containing the keyword “START” to our dedicated SMS line

• Providing verbal consent while speaking with a TIZ representative (recorded for quality assurance)

4.6 Opt-Out Methods

You may opt out at any time by:

• Replying “STOP” to any TIZ text message, or

• Emailing us at barry@tizappliancerepair.com with your phone number and “unsubscribe” in the subject line.

After we process your opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation text and then no further SMS will be sent unless you opt in again.

4.7 Help & Customer Support

4.8 The Campaign Registry (TCR) & 10DLC Compliance

All application-to-person messages are sent through registered 10DLC campaigns via The Campaign Registry (TCR) to help ensure legitimate delivery and reduce spam. Delivery of messages is subject to your carrier’s network availability and may be delayed or disrupted; TIZ is not liable for carrier delays, message filtering, or failures.

4.9 Modification or Termination of SMS Program

We reserve the right to modify or end our SMS program at any time with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your receipt of messages if we believe you are in breach of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed U.S. $100.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revisions were made. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
